First places that we went for dessert was Guylian Belgian Chocolate Cafe at The Rocks area. Chocolate will always be the best friends for winter time. Love the place, love the food but not really satisfied with the service area. Honestly, they are not friendly in the service department. So don't be surprised when you see lots of people have bad critics in Urbanspoon.
